Hello!
My name is Nikos, and I come from Larissa, Greece. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from the University of Ioannina and a Master’s degree in Language Education for Refugees and Migrants (LRM) from the University of Patras. Teaching is my passion, and I enjoy finding creative and interactive ways to help students learn Greek. I use various tools such as Miro, videos, and personalized materials to make each lesson engaging and tailored to the needs of my students.
I am in contact with the student to detect their needs and plan the lessons accordingly. I also create personalized material both for the lesson and homework.
I have 4 years of experience teaching Greek as a second language in Primary school. Meanwhile I teach Greek online for 3 years now. My Master's degree from Greek Open University certified me as a Greek language teacher. Following structured curriculums but also be able to add personal teaching style I have shaped a goal-oriented methodology which follows the structure of approved books for teaching Greek as a second language but differentiating the lesson planning depending on the actual needs of each student.
