Specially skilled in:
- graphically summarising the syllabus in a clear, systematic, structured and self-explanatory way, which makes the theory much easier for the student to grasp, to look up and to revise.
- establishing a fruitful collaboration with the students, by accommodating the psychological aspects of learning. On a weekly basis I receive supervision by a psychologist and a special education professional, for a more efficient support of students with learning difficulties, lack of confidence or attitude barriers.

I have been educating students in Mathematics and Physics for almost 40 years in two countries, Greece (my homeland) and Denmark (where I have worked for 17 years), in three languages, Greek, English and Danish, and on a broad spectrum of educational levels and settings:

- British Schools (IGCSE - A Levels)

- private tutoring (live in Greece and Denmark and online internationally)

Γιατί επέλεξα τη διδασκαλία (κίνητρα, στόχοι)
My educational praxis is based on the following set of values:
- to inspire and motivate the students by my personal example and ethos,
- to encourage and train the students in thinking, wondering, experimenting, exploring, discovering, questioning and developing critical thinking, rather than memorising and reproducing,
- to ensure the necessary for the educational process discipline, not by means of disciplinary sanctions, but by stimulating the interest for the lesson and by establishing a mutual respect,
- to maintain a good balance between the theoretical and the practical aspects of the subject,
- to acknowledge and accommodate the different academic levels and learning styles of the students,
- to deliver a lesson that is animated and connected to everyday life.

Με στοχευμένες ερωτήσεις διαβαθμισμένης δυσκολίας προσδιορίζω το γνωσιακό και μαθησιακό επίπεδο του μαθητή ούτως ώστε να έχω το σημείο αφετηρίας στην επικοινωνίας μου με τον μαθητή.
