I am a native personal tutor who supports her students not only during the lessons but also in daily life. I have been teaching Turkish for foreigners for more than 7 years. I design lessons to your purposes ( practical, academic, business, tourism , travel etc. ) and I teach for all levels. Apart from the private lessons , I teach Turkish in So Easy Language Schools and Applied Language Studies House ( ALS House)
My professionalism also allows me to tailor language education according to individual interests, needs and capacities. Each student is unique for me, I know that every student has her/his own way of learning and my psychology profession helps me a lot to find different learning approaches for my students.
I follow the pragmatic approach to teaching, which basically means that it makes activity the basis of all teaching and learning. I like to help my students improve pronunciation, vocabulary level and fluency. I prepare individual programmes to make our lessons more efficient.
The main book is clearly structured with a strategic approach to learning Turkish by using all the language skills- Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking from A1 to C2 level. Additionally the workbook includes a lot of exercises for doing homework and revision.
While teaching I also love giving some useful information about the culture, people, cuisine, films and literature in Turkey to help you get connected to Turkish culture.
I can teach to young and adult learners at my place or students place and via Skype/Zoom.
